[one-users] in cloud view cannot start vm

Hi,
I suppose that the 'powering off' state means that the VM is in transformation state - thus you can not issue any more commands to it. Once finally powered off, the state should change to 'Poweroff' (or powered off ...). Is the VM still missing operational command buttons in 'poweroff' state?
Try refresh the VM list - it takes some time to shut down a system properly.

in Cloud view, users can choose to shutdown the current VM, but after cannot be started in a virtual machine. no start vm button.

Also lacks some information in the interface, for example, host(server) IP address, port ... , user does not know this information cannot remotely connect to VM use Remote viewer.
