[one-users] in cloud view cannot start vm

Hi 

in Cloud view, users can choose to shutdown the current VM, but after cannot be started in a virtual machine. no start vm button.


after shutdown vm:


Also lacks some information in the interface, for example, host(server) IP address, port ... , user does not know this information cannot remotely connect to VM use Remote viewer.
