[one-users] Host-Based VLAN

Is it safe to assume this could be accomplished in the OCCI Templates,
i.e. small.erb, etc.?

Say, using:
PHYDEV = "eth0"
In small.erb?

By "up-ported" I assume you mean that this functionality will be in the
OCCI conf file at a later time.
