Citrix Xen Server and Xen open source do *not* have the same interface
and description files. Xen Server and XCP are developed to be
compatible however (as XCP is the open source engine for Xen Server).
XCP has (at least some) libvirt support is in the works, so that might
be an option. XCP is all open source, so drivers can be developed to
support it directly with OpenNebula.

I'm sure the XCP community would welcome this type of support. There
is a xen-api maling list and #xen-api on freenode for discussion of
such collaboration.
