[Interoperability] Interoperability working group telco details

Dear all interoperability working group members,

Based on the doodle poll responses, tomorrow (Wednesday Sept 07 2011) 
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm (Paris time) has been selected for our first telco.

It will be a general telco where all participants can introduce 
themselves and their projects, how they are leveraging opennebula and 
what technologies their project will be incorporating/have incorporated 
that can improve interoperability.

Broad goals for tomorrow will be: to come up with a charter for our 
working group, discuss mailing list visibility to general public, and 
other administrative tasks (if any).
