[Interoperability] modified doodle poll

Dear All,

It seems that Friday this week is holiday in Spain and therefore UCM is 
unable to join in the Interoperability telco as it was.

So I have now included 2 slots in the evening of Wednesday to 
accommodate their request.

Few partners who already entered their choice, I request them to revisit 
the poll link and add their choices for Wednesday evening slots (if they 
can attend during those time slots).
