[one-ecosystem] German Translation of Sunstone and OCCI Interface

Hi there

I'm currently working on a thesis about OpenNebula.  Hence i'm based
in Switzerland i wonder if someone already picked up work on the
German Translation.

If not i would propose to take action on this.

One question i came across if it would be a good idea to move the
Translation work over to Transifex [1] (it's free for opensource
projects). I use it for another opensource project [2] doing the
translation work and it works well.
