[one-users] No option to remove quota from sunstone (4.10)

Hi,

The core will clear the quotas that have 0 usage and default limit.
But, as you said, the quotas of a deleted resource (such as the vnet) are
not automatically cleaned. Please open a feature request at
http://dev.opennebula.org and we'll consider it for future releases.
