[one-users] Attach/Detach disk problem

Hi

There is a qemu bug that prevents attaching/detaching (reattach) a disk,
maybe you are being hit by this. You may want to try to specified another
target (not to reuse the target used by the first attach operation).

About the power off attach operations, we are working on it:
