[one-users] waiting for driver initialization

hi

when i start my vm which i have installed in opennebula 4.2 using xen 3....

i vm starts and after the poing "waiting for dirver initialization" i shuts
off........and displays tcp/ip error: vnc disconnected...


do you know anything about this problem......
