[one-users] Disk in use - but it isn't

Ho all,

Getting this error when trying to create a VM from template:

[TemplateInstantiate] Error allocating a new virtual machine. DISK 1:
Cannot acquire image 95, it is persistent and already in use

But the disk is actually not in use, please see:

What to do here?
