[one-users] Can no longer create new virtual machines

Hi Gerry

Yes the problem is that the scheduler is using the http_proxy env. var so
it is trying to access the XML-RPC api through the proxy (that may be valid
in some cases). However you may need the http proxy for suntone and not for
the scheduler, so this may be cumbersome....

I've filled an issue to figure out a work-around.
