hi,
i have try follow
http://wiki.ieeta.pt/wiki/index.php/OpenNebula#Using_Windows_Images_for_new_Virtual_Machines ,but my windows lost NIC driver too,i use opennebula 4.2 install on centos 6.4 and esxi 5.1
