I have resolve this. What I did was putting "sudo /etc/init.d/networking
restart" after bellow code

if [ -e "/dev/disk/by-label/CONTEXT" ]; then
    mount -t iso9660 -L CONTEXT -o ro /mnt
    if [ -f /mnt/context.sh ]; then
        export_rc_vars /mnt/context.sh
    fi

    execute_scripts

    umount /mnt
else
    execute_scripts
fi

so my new vmcontext.sh file contain something like bellow something between
"#################" lines

###################################################

if [ -e "/dev/disk/by-label/CONTEXT" ]; then
    mount -t iso9660 -L CONTEXT -o ro /mnt
    if [ -f /mnt/context.sh ]; then
        export_rc_vars /mnt/context.sh
    fi

    execute_scripts

    umount /mnt
else
    execute_scripts
fi

sudo /etc/init.d/networking restart

##################################################

Thanks you all
