You can comment this line:

    <link href="http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans"
rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"></link>

sans-serif will be used instead of OpenSans.

I have opened a ticket to use local fonts instead of retrieving it from the
web
