[one-users] High CPU usage on remote host

That is right. I have ssh or VNC for couple of minutes and then I lose it.
I can see two instances of KVM process when I deploy a VM. Oddly enough I
do not see high CPU usage anymore.
It seems it does it in a randomly fashion.
