[one-users] EC2_USER_DATA Maximum size?

Hi Daniel

Thanks for the pointers. I will look around httpd conf and see whats going on. Seems like when trying VM creation using condor, if ec2_user_data goes above ~2K someone somewhere in the chain is not too happy.
