In Amazon EC2 user data is limited to 16KB. In OpenNebula there is no such
limit, but you can limit the size of the http request body in your server
configuration (apache, ...).

Note that in OpenNebula 3.2 there was a bug and the resource representation
is limited to 64KB, this has been fixed in OpenNebula 3.8.4 and 4.0
