[one-users] VNC proxy not starting

Hi all,

I reinstalled OpenNebula 4.0 yesterday (/var/lib/one got deleted) using the
latest Ubuntu binaries from the website.

Now VNC does not work anymore. When I start Sunstone it says that novnc
cannot be started. This is novnc.log:

There's probably a missing parameter in the python call. How to fix this?
