[one-users] internal error HTTP response code 403 for upload

Hello all,
My configuration:
1. Front-end - Debian 6.0.6 and ON 3.8 and KVM. It is name `de
2. ESXi 5.0 - it is host2. ip 192.168.1.53.
3. Used NAS - model `share`

I did try used CentOS 6.2 (imported from Marketplace):
