[one-users] error enable host

hi guys

i have problems to enable a host with the follows parameters:

Host02
  id 1  Name host02 Cluster Cluster01

 State ERROR  IM MAD kvm  VM MAD kvm  VN MAD dummy
and

Host01
id 0  Name host Cluster -

 State ERROR  IM MAD dummy  VM MAD dummy  VN MAD dummy

I can not understand why the problem

some solution?
