[one-users] Transfering data between Host and VM

Dear All,

I just want to know on how to transfer data from the Host machine to the VM
machine.

What I was saying is just like Virtual Box with guess additions (Drag and
drop between the Host and the VM).

Also, how to install application in Windows VM using CD-ROM?
