Thanks for the suggestion.

I will also look cxm drivers since everything else does not work so far.

Another problem I have found so far is that although I'm able to modify 
the datastore/tm drivers to
suit my purpose, I've discovered that vm creation is controlled by the 
kvm driver.

So is there a way to overload kvm's scripts (for instance deploy) by 
specifying different scripts in lvm driver?

I don't want to change the kvm driver ...
