[one-users] Create VM in Opennebula for OpenVZ failed

Hi Caty,

I've just checked and ploop openvz VM could be run on cluster node with 
mounted nfsv3 shared system DS.
So please check very carefully your directories permissons and in case 
of NFS share also exporting and mount options.
