[one-users] can not create vm

very thank you for your answer，I change it to vmfs,and i can see the space.

But when i create my vm, i use the template like the below。  The log 1 is  i format the volatile as ext4 ,the log 2 i set it blank。

Cloud you please give me some suggestion about  how can i create my mv suessfully ？
