[one-users] vm state is on suspended but there is not any checkpoint in datastore

Hi all,
vm state is confused and show "suspended" but there is not any checkpoint
in datastore!
so i cant start vm again(resume) and i get this error

is there any way, I can change vm state  to "power off" until i can boot it
normally?
