[one-users] TEMPLATE_NAME as a USER TEMPLATE attribute in 4.0-beta1

TEMPLATE_NAME is a rather new attribute I think. I don't remind seeing this
attribute in 3.8. Perhaps we should delete it to prevent confusion with the
template rename feature.
