[one-users] Migrate failed

Hi

So it seems that you are trying a "cold" migration. From your logs the
checkpoints are successfully generated and moved to the target host
(success in SAVE_MIGRATE and PROLOG_MIGRATE). The failure occurs when
trying to restore the VM from that checkpoint:

estore: Command "virsh --connect qemu:///system restore
/var/lib/one//datastores/0/19/checkpoint" failed: setlocale: No such file
or directory

Could you check if the file is in the target host? If not, check that the
system datastore is properly mounted in the destination host (if using a
shared fs).  If every thing is in place, could you check to run the above
command directly and check the libvirt logs?
