Yes, this is why I was asking if older versions of ONE were still
available for download.  If I can get my hands on 2.0 I can upgrade 1.4
-> 2.0.  I can then upgrade to 3.8.

So, are older versions of ONE available for download anywhere?  I've
been unable to find any.
