[one-users] Stuck in PENDING after upgrade to 3.8

Hi,
Just for the records. This problem was caused by a http proxy, using the
http_proxy environment variable, makes the
scheduler impossible to communicate to oned.
Errors in sched.log, are:
Tue Nov 13 14:43:13 2012 [HOST][E]: Exception raised: Unable to transport
XML to server and get XML response back. HTTP response: 403
Tue Nov 13 14:43:13 2012 [POOL][E]: Could not retrieve pool info from ONE
