Here's the error:

libvir: QEMU error : cannot set ownership on /vmlinuz: Permission denied

Usually for KVM VMs you don't need to specify kernel or initial
ramdisk. If you really need to set those place and point to a
directory where oneadmin (or whatever user qemu/kvm is running) has
permissions to modify files.

I would go for taking out kernel/initrd parameters if you don't really
need them or know why those are needed.
