[one-users] In oZones GUI resources from VDC are not included

Hi Giovani,

There is aggregated views of the oZone resources, like VMs, templates,
etc. You can access this information through the oZones GUI or the
oZones CLI.

You can consider "oneadmin" like "root" on a linux OS, she'll always
be able to see all the resources.
