[one-users] cannot get VM info from Ganglia

I have the following error:
oneadmin at genokvm4:/opt/one/vmm/kvm$ ruby poll_ganglia 
Error reading ganglia data

Though in ganglia I see:
OPENNEBULA_VMS_INFORMATION 	LS0tIApvbmUtMTc1OiAKICA6c3RhdGU6IGE....


I decoded in a script the base64 content and it is fine.

my poll_ganglia defines the GANGLIA_HOST to gmetad location.

How can I debug this?
