[one-users] Green Cloud Scheduler -- New contribution to OpenNebula ecosystem

Hi everyone,

We have a new contribution to the OpenNebula ecosystem: Green Cloud 
Scheduler, an alternative scheduler for OpenNebula with energy-awareness 
features that enable it to reduce the energy consumption of cloud 
infrastructures.
