[one-users] [announcement] Java OCA updated to 3.4.1

Dear community,

The Java OCA code distributed with the OpenNebula 3.4.x source code had
some minor bugs, and a couple of missing API methods that have been fixed
in the repo.

We have re-packaged the Java OCA, the javadoc and the required lib files in
this new .tar.gz file [1] for 3.4.1.
It is highly recommended to update the .jar file in your projects to this
one.
