[one-users] URGENT: Is rubygems are necessary to run vm on host??

hi friends....
is the rubygems is necessary to run vm in host machine.....

i have successfully executed the following command with desired result
WITHOUT INSTALLING RUBYGEMS
1) onehost....which shows me the detailed about my host...
2) oneimage....which register the image of os
