[one-users] ONE3.4 with esx host ――ssh error

Hi，
all!
I use the latest version of openenbula3.4, and i need to integrate with vmware esx4.1. 

ONE3.4 require ssh to esx host ,so i create oneadmin user by VI client.
When i use oneadmin at redhat user to do ssh certificate ,i cannot ssh to oneadmin at esx
without password, but i can ssh to oneadmin at redhat without password.
    
I have done such a thing and  have no problem ,but esx host let me crazy.
Please help me out.
