[one-users] onevdc or onezone CLI of the ozones-server execute perform error?

Hi,
ozones-server start is running in OpenNebula3.0.
Before installation, perform commands are error.
ruby1.9 installed by Ozones-server document  explain.
Wget < http://ftp.ruby-lang.org/pub/ruby/1.9/ruby-1.9.2-p290.tar.gz >
Decompression and compiles ruby
Tar ZXVF ruby-1.9.2-p290. Tar. Gz
CD ruby-1.9.2-p290
. / configure-prefix = / usr/local/ruby192
make
Make install
In/etc/profile finally add
Export PATH = / usr/local/ruby192 / bin: $PATH
Save, executive
Source/etc/profile
Check ruby version
Ruby-v  is ruby 1.9.2p290 (2011-07-09 revision 32553) [x86_64-linux] 
Download rubygems1.8.10
Wget < http://production.cf.rubygems.org/rubygems/rubygems-1.8.10.tgz >
Decompression and install rubygems
Tar ZXVF rubygems-1.8.10. TGZ
CD rubygems-1.8.10
Ruby setup. Rb
After installation with gem-v can check version is 1.8.11
The above process installation termination 。

Executive onevdc onezone or command prompts the following error :

How to solve this problem ?
