I think you have ssh access misconfigured for use oneadmin:

Please try this:

from the OpenNebula server:

# su oneadmin
# ssh host01
# ssh host02

It must work without password prompt.... If it show the password prompt, 
the ssh stuff is misconfigured.... Perhaps a permission issue in the 
keys files or in the .ssh directory??
