[one-users] EC2 Availiability Zones?

Hello,

I'm creating an instance from an image through the EC2 interface, but 
when I try to create it throws the next error:
Unsupported: The instance type or feature is not supported in your 
requested Availability Zone.

I don't know how can I create an Availability Zone, it's equivalent to 
the One Clusters? But I can't see them in the Availability Zones List
