[one-users] VM IP address

Hi all, i'm able to get my VMs to run but during the first boot up of the
vm, it doesn't seems to get the IP address.
I have to manually vnc using localhost on the node to reboot the vm in order
for it to get the correct IP.
Is there any solution to it so that i can avoid vnc in every time when i
start a vm? Thanks in advance.
