Sounds like an issue with your $ONE_AUTH file.

Here's an e-mail chain that explains the issue a little.

I would simply make sure your $ONE_AUTH
file, /home/oneadmin/.one/one_auth, exists, and that it contains the
username:password string for the oneadmin user.
