vzdump is used in $ONE_LOCATION/var/remotes/vmm/ovz/{save,restore} 
scripts which in turn is used for stop, suspend, migrate actions (see 
[1]) but 'onevm saveas' triggers upon VM shutdown for which vzdump can't 
be used.
So the solution now is to archive a stopped VM private dir before 
destroying it.
