[one-users] hooks execution on remote nodes without shared ONE installation dir

Hi Nikolay,

Apologies, I was referring to OpenNebula 3.0 (sort of a chaotic dance
of versions in my head right now).

For OpenNebula 2.2, the location of the remotes are

 * System wide = /usr/share/one/hooks
 * Self contained = $ONE_LOCATION/share/hooks
