[one-users] Clone=no fails to create one-<id> folder so fail to deploy

Hello,

I attempted to run onevm create <template> with the option of clone=no and
find that it fails to create the one-<vmid> folder for this VM. If I choose
clone=yes then all works fine.

I am using ESX 4.1 and OpenNebula 2.0.

My reason for using clone=no is that I want to be able to reuse VMs that
were deployed but were shutdown. The VM switches to a OpenNebula 'DONE'
state but I want to reuse it as I am not done with it.
