[one-users] Can we have a hook when a VM becomes FAILED?

Hello,
I've seen that you have already submitted a patch to the issue
tracker, thanks a lot. We will take it into account for the next
release, right now we are in feature freeze so we only want to solve
bugs. Adding more features in this stage will delay the release
further. Anyway, I think that it is a good addition to be able to
execute an script when something goes wrong.
