[one-users] VMware driver vCloud or VI API

Hi Ralf,

VMware drivers have been developed against the VI API, which is SOAP.

The vCloud API, REST inspired, will probably be tackled after the next
release. It is definitely in our roadmap, since it is more aligned with our
philosophy, but they require a serious redesign (or completely rewrite) of
existing drivers.
