[one-users] Issues with host monitoring under load

Hi

I was doing a stress test on opennebula today and noticed the following:

1) added a new host ( using onehost create ) to opennebula. ( Note that the
ip given for host never existed in our network )
2) opennebula changed the host's state to on. ( Note that opennebula should
have ideally monitored it and then set to on when available)
3) added a new VM to cluster which ultimately got stuck on this newly added
host. ( Note that opennebula scheduler should not have scheduled this VM on
unmonitored host )

Is there any workaround for this ?
