[one-users] Hyper-V driver for OpenNebula?

Hi,

Yes, you are right, the development of such driver is not on our Roadmap. 

I may be wrong but I think that libvirt is also supporting Hyper-V. If that is the case, you may try the plugín that used the  libvirt interface (http://www.opennebula.org/doku.php?id=documentation:rel1.4:kvmg).
