[one-users] VM getting deleted after provision due to insufficient memory on host

Environment:
Opennebula 1.2
KVM hypervisor

We observed the following
ONE was scheduling a VM, VM gets deployed, immediately after a second, 
one identifies that it cannot reach the VM on the host and assumes its 
DONE and deletes the VM.

When we went back to the host and saw what has happened, we found that 
the kvm process was killed due to Out of Memory.

Dmesg had this logs on the host
